Cairn Trail records how you use Cairn Trail — which pages and records you open, and when — so we can understand how Cairn Trail is used and improve it. This record is held under an anonymous identifier and is not linked to your name or email address unless you give us permission. You can give or withdraw that permission at any time, and you can ask us to stop recording your activity altogether.
We process your data based on: (a) your consent, (b) performance of our contract with you, (c) our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the service (hosting, payment processing, email delivery).

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After deletion, data is removed within 30 days except where retention is required by law.
