1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Cairn Trail you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Cairn Trail may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for activity under your account. Cairn Trail may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You must not abuse Cairn Trail, attempt to bypass security controls, scrape or harvest data without permission, or use the service to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
4. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance per the price displayed at checkout. Refunds follow Cairn Trail's refund policy communicated at point of sale.
5. Intellectual Property
Cairn Trail retains all rights to Cairn Trail's software, designs, and brand. Customer data you submit remains yours; you grant Cairn Trail a limited licence to process it to operate the service.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
Cairn Trail is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.Cairn Trail disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cairn Trail's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or Cairn Trail is limited to the amount you paid Cairn Trail in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. Cairn Trail may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, liability, governing law) survive.
